|Below you will find all documents that govern the Sonoran Foothills Community Association. The documents are separated into the following categories:
- Legal Recorded Documents - These documents are the base of governance in the community and lay the foundation for how the community is run and managed.
- Adopted Policies - These are formal documents that expand on the Legal Recorded Documents by setting policies as allowed within the Board's powers.
- Rules and Guidelines - These documents further explain what is permissable in the community and common areas and what is prohibited.
- Committee Charters - All committees, whether advisory, standing or ad-hoc have charters that explain the purpose and parameters under the committee functions.
